Stewardship

Pledging financial support acknowledges that all we have is from God, and it helps church leaders plan a budget.

Stewardship is being grateful, responsible stewards of the gifts we receive from God. Filling out a pledge card each year is a gesture of gratitude to God and a commitment to Church of the Advent. All pledges matter, no matter how small or large, and knowing how much money is pledged helps the Vestry plan the budget.

But stewardship is more than contributing money — it’s also sharing your time and talents as well as volunteering for ministry and mission.
