Adult Formation

The Church of the Advent believes strongly in delving into our Christian life through study, worship, and prayer.

Children's Ministry

In-person Sunday school and Childcare will begin again this fall.  This coming Sunday is Sunday School Registration. 

Children's formation begins with Sunday School.  Sunday School is offered most Sundays beginning with Children's Chapel at 9:15am.  We also have a Jr. Youth Group for 3rd through 5th graders.

The Church of the Advent has many vibrant ministries focused both on the Church and our surrounding community.

Youth Ministry

The Church of the Advent has a vibrant Youth Group (6th grade and up).  We also have a two year confirmation class.

Adult Formation

Join us on Wednesday mornings at 8:30am for our weekly Adult Formation Class.  The group is currently studying prayers of discernment.

Cereal Drive

Medfield Food Cupboard

The Church of the Advent has long dedicated itself to feeding the hungry.  During this time of pandemic and economic upheaval, we will be rededicating outselves to this important ministry.  Unfortunately, the food cupboard cannot take donations of food at this time, but we will be collecting cash gifts.

Community Worship

Come and worship with us on each and every Sunday.  We worship the Lord in the "beauty of  holiness" with a theologically rich liturgy and a warm,  joyful spirit.  I encourage you to make the Church of the Advent your new spiritual home.  We will all be better for your presence.
