Welcome to the

Church of the Advent!

Our Doors are Always Open.

Easter Sunday sermon small

Happy Easter!  We at the Church of the Advent are an Easter People open to the new life that Christ brings to the world.  Jesus has initiated in the Kingdom of God, and we are glad to be a part of God's movement in the world.  I hope you will join us.

The Advent is a loving and faithful community that  seeks to follow Jesus in our often chaotic modern  world.  We worship the Lord in the "beauty of  holiness" with a theologically rich liturgy and a warm,  joyful spirit.  I encourage you to make the Church of the Advent your new spiritual home.  We will all be better for your presence.

Further down the page you will find some important events in the life of the church.
