Welcome to the Church of the Advent!

Fall is often the time when people start to look for a church home.  Scout SundayWe naturally seek a holy pattern to our lives.  We desire our children to be in a warm and welcoming Sunday School where they can learn the faith that will serve them well.  Adults, too, yearn for something deeper, and the Church of the Advent is a great community to explore God in Christ.

The Advent is a loving and faithful community that seeks to follow Jesus in our often chaotic modern world.  We worship the Lord in the "beauty of holiness" with a theologically rich liturgy and a warm, joyful spirit.  I encourage you to make the Church of the Advent your new spiritual home.  We will all be better for your presence.

Further down the page you will find some important events in the life of the church.  I am looking forward to the return of Sunday School and regular adult Bible Studies.

Blessings,

Marc Eames, Rector
